Design

When ordering from our semi-custom collections please be aware that the designs are set. Although we allow for minor wording changes we do not offer any major changes to the design layouts. This includes adding/removing borders, design placement, monograms etc.

If you are wanting to make changes to any of our semi-custom pieces please fill out a custom quote form for more information.

Production Approval

Please be aware that once we receive proof approval no changes can be made to your suite. This includes wording, envelope colors etc. We highly recommend sharing your proofs with friends & family to have a fresh pair of eyes check for any errors.

Variations

Since some embellishments are hand made such as wax seals there will be variations between pieces. Letterpress pieces can have slightly different impressions and is normal for the printing method. Please know that these are not flaws just the beauty of ordering such timeless pieces.

Colors can vary between computer screens and printed products. Colors can also print different based on your paper selections. We highly recommend ordering a sample set to see everything in person. We do our best to match colors perfectly but just know that color can change slightly between some batches.

Availability

In some cases papers, envelopes or embellishments on our website will not be available from our suppliers, especially during peak seasons. If for any reason this happens we will provide you with an estimated in stock date or provide you with other options of the same quality.

It is best to also consider that during peak seasons our schedule may fill up and we will be unable to accept new orders. If this happens and your order cannot be processed in a timely manner your order will be fully refunded.

Production Times

After we receive your order you can expect an email from us within 1 business day that includes a link and password to your own personal webpage. This webpage is where you will submit all of your wedding information as well as view your proofs. Once we receive ALL of your wedding information you can expect you first round of proofs within 5 business days. After your initial proof you will get 3 complimentary editing rounds. Any editing rounded needed after this will require a small fee depending on the pieces needing editing. 1-2 pieces $20, 3-5 Pieces $45, 5+ pieces $60.

Once your digital proofs have been approved we will send all of your pieces to production. No further changes can be made at this time. Once production is completed and your stationery is ready to ship you will receive tracking via our website. Please use the listed timelines below to estimate your expected completion timeline. These estimates are based on average turnaround times. Orders that have longer proofing processes can have longer production times.

Digital Printing Timeline

Digitally printed stationery takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks including shipment.

Letterpress Timeline

Letterpress printed stationery takes approximately 1 to 2 months including shipment

Embellishments Timeline

Timelines increase by 1 to 2 weeks.

Shipping

All of our orders are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex and will include a tracking number. Shipping times fall between 2-5 business days depending on your location. Please consider longer shipping times during the holiday seasons.

We are not responsible for any loss, delays and damages during shipping.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation

Because of the customization of our products we do not offer returns, cancellations or exchanges on any products.

Refunds Due to Error

If there is an error on the invitation due to customer fault there is nothing we can do. Regardless of how the error occurred it is the clients responsibility to check all proofs for errors. Once we receive approval there is nothing we can do however we do offer discounted reprints fo these mistakes.

If there is an error to your invitation that has been caused by us we offer complimentary reprints free of charge!

Privacy

All of the personal information provided to us on our website is only used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. Your information will never be shared or sold your to any third party.

Shore Thing Prints retains the rights to the designs that it creates. All files exchanged during our communication will be for review only. Any unautorized use of the content exchanged will be considered a violation of Shore Thing Prints rights. You may not reproduce, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works with respect to the information/content exchanged.
